What is Kuneco?

Kuneco is a high quality web service where you can pose a question on any topic and get real answers from real people in the shortest possible time.

Pose a question and leave it to Kuneco to find the experts to answer it for you. Return later to see the answers your question has received. And in the meantime, earn money by answering other people's questions within your favorite subjects.

What makes Kuneco different?

Three features distinguish Kuneco from other questions and answers sites: the question distribution algorithm, the ability to offer salary and multi-language options.

Instead of letting questions drown in an infinite pool of pending questions, as other sites do, Kuneco's question distribution algorithm constantly keeps track of all questions in the system and ensures that your question is shown again and again on the front page of other users who have the relevant expertise. This ensures equal rights for all questions. And of course, if you are in a hurry to get an answer you can pay Kuneco to advertise your question more than usual.

Kuneco allows you (but does not require you) to offer salary to those who answer your question. This allows you to receive answers of a much higher quality and to pose much more complex questions than usual. Of course, if the answers you receive are not of as high quality as you were asking for, you can pay less salary than offered; and, on the other hand, if you are pleasantly surprised by the answers you receive, you can pay more than offered. It is up to you. The salaries offered on Kuneco allow you to earn money by answering questions within your own favorite subjects and languages. Kuneco charges no fees whatsoever for the exchange of money from askers to answerers, except for exchange fees when different currencies are being used.

Where other questions and answers sites are restricted to one language, Kuneco has been designed to be accessible to everyone, no matter their language, and while taking into consideration that one person may speak several languages. With the ability to formulate your question in any language of your own choice, you are can always reach as large a crowd of potential answerers as possible. This makes Kuneco perfect for questions concerning other countries, languages or cultures. And with the built-in expert knowledge of your own mother-tongue and home country, you will always be able to find questions that you can answer.

Terms of service

Your relationship with Kuneco

Your use of Kuneco's service is subject to the terms listed in this agreement between you and the Kuneco company. You may not use the service, if you do not agree to the terms.

Abuse

Posts that are considered abusive include those that contain private or other vulnerable information, request private or vulnerable information about individuals, ask for assistance in conducting illegal activities, try to sell or advertise products, refer or relate to adult content, ask about homework or exam questions, or in any other ways are unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, obscene or otherwise objectionable or unserious

Payment system

It is possible to deposit money to password protected accounts. Deposited money can be used to pay other users for answers or to pay Kuneco for advertising questions. Accounts can never contain more than 145 EUR (or the equivalent in your currency). Money can only be deposited from the "Balance" page using a credit card. Automated deposits are not possible.

Money received as salary for answering questions is quarantined for a period of time in order for Kuneco to be able to redistribute all the money if another user complains about the distribution of salaries. A transaction is not not final until the money received is no longer in quarantine, and money on your account is not legally yours while still in quarantine. If you believe you have paid or been paid a wrong amount due to technical errors, you may contact Kuneco via the "Contact" page. If your objection relates to a controversy in a certain thread in which you are the asker or an answerer, you should use the complain option on the page showing the thread.

Under certain conditions it is possible to withdraw non-quarantined money on your account using the withdrawal feature which is available on the "Balance" page. Non-quarantined money can also be refunded to you if you decide to close your account. If you want to close your account, please contact Kuneco from the "Contact" page. Note, however, that it may take up to 30 days to get a refund and that a refund is subject to a fee of about 5-10 EUR (or the equivalent in your currency), depending on the form in which you ask Kuneco to refund the money. Currency changes and withdrawals are subject to fees, and fees are never refundable.

Security

Accounts, including account information and deposited money, are protected by a password. Passwords are strictly confidential and should never be revealed to others. Kuneco accounts should never be visited from computers to which others have access or via an unsecure internet connection. Failure to comply with these precautions makes it possible for others to abuse an account and steal the money deposited to it. If you believe that someone may have obtained access to your account or been able to download information from it, you must immediately contact Kuneco.

Use of the service by you

When using the service you agree that you will use Kuneco in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules and regulations. Further, you agree that you will not submit posts that are abusive in the sense described above. Finally, you agree that if you do submit such posts, they and other posts submitted by you may be removed entirely by Kuneco and your account may be temporarily or permanently closed as a consequence thereof.

When using the service, you agree to hold harmless and indemnify Kuneco and its employees from and against any third party claim arising from or in any way related to your use of Kuneco.

When using the service, you agree that all payments to Kuneco that are used to purchase services on Kuneco or as fees when changing currency or withdrawing money are unrefundable. Further, you agree that money received by you as salary for answering questions are not legally yours and cannot be refunded while still in quarantine. In addition, you agree that payments from Kuneco to you when using the withdrawal feature can be in any form Kuneco chooses, including those that require membership or payment of fees to Kuneco or third parties. Finally, you accept the terms of the payments system described above and agree not to attempt to misuse it in any way.

When using the service, you agree to follow the security rules described above, and you accept that you may not be able to hold Kuneco or its employees fully or partially responsible for any abuse of your account or loss of money deposited to it as a consequence of deliberate or careless neglect of the security rules.

Kuneco's rights

Kuneco reserves the right to close an account or deny access from an IP address or a whole subnet at any time without any warning or reason.

Kuneco and its employees cannot be held responsible for the loss of data or consequences thereof, whether caused by malfunctioning hardware or software or by personal error by any of Kuneco's employees. In particular, neither Kuneco nor its employees can be held responsible for all or any portion of the credit balance on your Kuneco account. Kuneco is not and should never be used as a bank!

Kuneco and its employees cannot be held responsible for anything expressed by users of Kuneco. In particular, no exchange of posts can form the basis for a professional-client relationship. Under no circumstances will Kuneco or its employees be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of Kuneco.

Kuneco shall have the perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, modify, edit, delete, translate, publish, perform, display, post, transmit and distribute your posts without compensation to you, anonymously or in the aggregate, for internal or external purposes, alone or as part of other works in any form, media, or technology, whether now known or hereafter developed and to sublicense such rights.

Privacy policy

Kuneco may register information about its users and their behaviour, both in anonymous and personally identifiable form. This information is used only to improve the service.

Kuneco will never share personal information about its users with any third parties. In particular, users of Kuneco always appear anonymous when using the service and cannot be identified by others unless they act against the rules of Kuneco by revealing personal information in a post.
